Easter Egg Hunt
Dates: April 21st
Location: Jackson Elementary School
Presented By: Walnut Creek Church
Start Time/End Time: 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM

Plan to take the kiddies over to Jackson Elementary for a great family fun event. Walnut Creek Church will host a free Egg Hunt for kids 10 years old and younger. The kiddos will be sure to enjoy the time with fun activities, refreshments and of course the egg hunt with thousands of eggs scattered around with awesome treats inside!

Adult Easter Egg Hunt
Dates: April 21st
Location: Summerset Winery
Start/End Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

After the kids have had all the fun they can handle, head over to the best Adult Easter Egg Hunt around. If you are looking for some adult fun this Easter, don’t miss this event. Admission is $5 a person or $15 per carload. So, grab up your buddies, pack the car full and head to Summerset Winery. Hunt some Eggs with awesome adult prizes and Sunday Tunes by the Heath Alan Band.

Monster Jam
Dates: April 19th – April 20th
Location: Wells Fargo Arena at Iowa Events Center
Start Time: April 19th at 7:00 PM

What says Easter more than loud, bad to the bone Monster Trucks? Come and watch these machines do crazy backflips, drive on two wheels, and pop awesome wheelies this Easter weekend. Starting Friday, April 19th at 7:00PM through Saturday, April 20th these trucks will be crushing cars at the Wells Fargo Arena. Bring the family or your best bud!

Eggstravaganza
Dates April 20th
Location: Blank Park Zoo
Start/End Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Visit the Blank Park Zoo to enjoy some crafts, selfies with the Easter Bunny and the always entertaining scavenger hunt. Find the golden eggs hidden throughout the Zoo for some fantastic prizes! Admission to Eggstravaganza is free with paid Zoo admission. Hints for the golden egg’s locations will be posted on the Blank Park Zoo Facebook page the week of April 15th to the 19th. Be sure to watch for that!

Rick Springfield
Dates: April 19th
Location: Prairie Meadows Casino Racetrack and Hotel
Start Time: 8:00 PM

The “Jessie’s Girl” rocker will be at Prairie Meadows on April 19th. Grammy Award Winning, Rick Springfield will take you on a fast train back to the ’80s.
